Notifications and support
Notifications stores in-app messages addressed to your account. A message helps you find an event; check the relevant order or wallet page for its actual business outcome.
Reading and managing messages
Use Notifications to view all messages or unread messages, open details, mark messages as read, mark all as read, or delete messages. Saved in-app messages survive a page refresh.
Deleting a notification does not cancel its order, withdraw an application or remove a wallet transaction.
Notification preferences
Open Settings and select the Notifications tab alongside System Settings. Optional email notifications are off by default and can be enabled per event; in-app notifications default to on. Mandatory security notifications cannot be disabled. Registration and email-verification codes are also independent of optional email preferences.
A preference controls optional delivery; it does not guarantee an email will arrive. Channel availability, recipient information and delivery conditions also affect the result.
Missing a notification
- Check your signed-in account and the unread-only filter.
- Check whether the event or channel is disabled in your preferences.
- Open the order, top-up record or application directly to confirm its status.
- For missing email, confirm that Contact Email in Profile is verified, then check spam. Contact support if the business result remains unclear.
Do not pay again or create another order just because a notification is missing.
Reporting an actionable issue
Use the support contact actually provided by the platform. For product usage or delivery, you can also use the merchantβs public contact details.
Include:
- The page and steps that produced the problem.
- Approximate time and time zone.
- Your user number and the relevant order, top-up or application number.
- The displayed status, currency and amount.
- An error screenshot with sensitive details concealed.
Do not send passwords, Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, Client Secrets, complete redemption codes or card details. If the payment provider charged you but the platform has not updated, retain the receipt and identify the order so it can be checked before another payment.
