Account and security
Your account holds your orders, wallet and role permissions. Check the signed-in account before acting, especially when switching between buyer, merchant and administrator accounts on one device.
Registration and sign-in
- Open the sign-in pageΒ .
- Sign in with your account credentials. GitHub sign-in may also be available when configured.
- To create an account, use the registration link shown on the page. Registration must be open; enter your email and verify the code sent to it before submitting.
- Open Profile and check your username and user number.
GitHub sign-in depends on platform configuration and only signs in an already linked platform account. New users first register with a verified email, then connect GitHub. To connect GitHub to an existing platform account, see Connected accounts.
Verify or change your email
Open Profile β Contact EmailΒ from the bottom-left avatar menu. Enter an email, request a code and submit that code to verify it. Codes are single-use, expire after 10 minutes and become invalid after five incorrect attempts.
Existing accounts without a verified email receive a one-time in-app reminder. Online top-ups, redemption codes, purchases and continued payments require email verification before proceeding. Return to your original task after verification. When changing an email, the previous address remains in place until the new address is verified.
The email receives account security, order and service notifications. If the code is missing, check the address and spam folder, and follow the resend countdown.
Editing your profile
Update the editable fields in Profile, save and check the result. Your user number identifies your account; changing a display name does not create a different account.
You can give support your user number to locate an account issue. Do not share passwords, sign-in tokens or complete payment credentials.
Changing your password
Under Settings β System Settings β Account Security, enter your current password, new password and confirmation, then submit. The form checks required fields, matching confirmation and whether the new password differs from the old one.
This form cannot reset a forgotten current password. Use any recovery option actually provided on the sign-in page, or contact platform support. Do not include your old password in a support request.
Roles and access
One account can have user, merchant and developer capabilities. Merchant and developer applications require their respective invitations; approved roles determine which centers appear.
If access is denied, check your account, invitation and review status, then refresh or sign in again. Editing the browser URL does not grant a role. See Platform and roles.
Leaving a shared device
Sign out through Settings or the user menu. Change your password if it may have been exposed. If a developer Client Secret was exposed, rotate that Secret in the Developer Center instead; it is a separate credential.
