Amounts and Fees
Top-ups and product orders may include fees. Before paying, review the transaction amount, fee, and total payable separately.
Top-up fees
Total payable = top-up amount + fee
The fee is normally added to the top-up amount and is not deducted from the expected TDC credit shown on the page. For example:

Product order fees
The payment confirmation page lists:
- the product subtotal;
- the buyer fee;
- the final payable amount;
- the payment currency.
If the product price and payment channel use different currencies, the confirmation page shows the converted payable amount. Use the final amount displayed there.
Historical amounts
Top-up history and order details retain the amount and currency confirmed for the transaction. If a payment result has not updated or an amount looks incorrect, do not pay again; contact platform support with the order number.
