Before topping up, verify your email in Profile β Contact EmailΒ .

Page fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Top-up amount | Amount used to purchase TDC |
| Fee | Additional charge for this top-up |
| Total payable | Top-up amount plus the fee |
| TDC credit | TDC expected in the wallet after successful payment |
Temporarily unavailable
Payment remains unavailable if the channel cannot be used, the amount is invalid, or the expected TDC credit cannot currently be displayed. Choose another available channel, adjust the amount, or try again later.
Do not pay outside the platform when no expected credit is shown. Start each top-up from the current Online Top-up page.
Checking the result
Top-up Records show the top-up amount, fee, total paid and actual TDC credit using the exchange-rate snapshot saved for that transaction. Do not recalculate it with a current rate.
A top-up purchases TDC; it does not automatically pay a product order. After closing the payment window or returning to the platform, check confirmation in Top-up Records, then match the wallet credit and transaction.
If the provider charged you but the record is still unconfirmed, keep the top-up identifier and receipt and ask the platform to investigate before paying again. See Wallet and transactions for redemption codes and related records.
